Qualifications and Global Events
Ayleen is a Business Psychologist who specialises in facilitating individual and group processes. She uses Business Psychology as a body of knowledge for diagnosing needs, and for designing and conducting programmes in people development.
She is an Accredited member of the Lumina Learning Global Faculty where she has responsibility for coaching and mentoring Lumina Practitioners under her supervision. She is also the Lumina Learning Partner for Indonesia. In that capacity, she is responsible for the growth of Lumina in Indonesia, the qualification for Lumina Practitioners and the continued development of Indonesian Lumina Practitioners.
Ayleen is a Certified Principal Business Psychologist (CPBP) under the Association for Business Psychology (ABP), a Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). Ayleen is a member of the Advisory Board for the Indonesia Diaspora Network Global (IDN-G). She is an Advisor to Nusantara Innovation Forum (NIF), a forum for Indonesian Diasporas and counterparts in Indonesia. She is also the past Chair of the Women in Project Management (WiPM) special interest group of the Association for Project Management (APM).
